As an individual researcher, one focuses on designing and developing scientific methodologies to solve complex or real life problems. The researcher needs to accomplish challenging tasks effectively in order to complete the PhD. The research is continuous process/ activity that need our dedication and self-motivation however; we get into circumstances and feel it as tedious and monotonous. In the face of such challenges or issues or unavoidable setbacks, one needs to ask himself/herself : Is there a better way of doing this? "How else can I do this?."

Therefore, the researchers should be embedded with right attitude and “psycho-technical” skills that help in nurturing the mindset. This workshop is aimed to change the perspective of one’s understanding about the research mindset and accomplish research activities with no tags attached.
